I've got lots of group healing goodness in September!

On Sept 21st we have our first monthly constellation circle - this will be an open circle where anyone can bring a topic to constellate with the group.

Sept 25th I am inviting representatives to join and support a client of mine through a symptom constellation for their chronic back pain.

And on monday the 7th I'm opening up registration for my next group program: becoming the remedy! This is a 6 week group program intertwining journalling, homeopathy, constellations to bring you back to you and to see symptoms in a new way.

And of course - 1:1 is always open.

Leo season 😋🎈

Birthday fun, quick camping trips, tinkertown, lots of family time, and perfectly buttered bread courtesy of our resident chef.

Sprinkled with facilitating 7 constellations!! Finishing my certification!! And more car repairs than I’ve ever had to do in a six week span 🤪 life has a way of finding harmony for us.

Fall busyness and football season quicker than I’d like to admit - but also our first ✨monthly constellation circle ✨ on Sept 21!!!

Platina always invites me to check my ego - where am I trying to prove myself? Be someone instead of self? Puff out my check and distance from my raw humanness?

This card invites you to reflect on where you've othered yourself by trying to be someone you're not. It asks you to look at the ways you're placing yourself above others through judgment and criticism - and how that is really simply a mirror of your own shadow.

Some prompts for you:

Where are you trying to prove your worth?
Where are you making your accomplishments mean more about you than your character?
What judgements and criticisms are alive within you?

connection with others requires connection with self - it also requires vulnerability. Notice with whom you feel safe to be fully yourself - and if you yourself are included in that list.

Constellations help us observe and bring order to family systems, ancestral patterns, chronic symptoms, and systemic entanglements - so that you can be free to live the life you're here to live.

A constellations session involves laying out the different parts of the system so they can be seen in plain view. This can be done in the minds eye, with objects, or with other people as representatives.

The arrangement of the system, the constellation, is then observed and given space to shift as it needs to.

Shifts may be physical movements, breath, or sentences of acknowledgment spoken for healing. All are simple, gentle, yet profound - much like a homeopathic remedy.

Constellations allow us to see what is from new perspectives, clarify boundaries, and release unconscious entanglements or loyalties. They free us of the past and allow us to integrate what needs to belong - and in the process they clear the path forward.

I have 3 constellation opportunities in August that I’d love to welcome you to! You can book on my calendar (link in bio) at healingwithpaula.as.me. These are open to all in exchange for feedback, but spots are limited!

I'm looking for 2-3 more people to join tomorrow's group constellation at 12pm Central Time!

This session is free in exchange for feedback to support my Family Constellations training. We'll be doing one constellation so you can either put your name in to be the "client" or participate as a representative.

This is an opportunity to experience a constellation if you never have, receive some healing through either the client role or as a representative, and connect with others in a really neat way!

What to expect:

We’ll begin the gathering with a grounding meditation

Then do introductions and a brief overview of the constellation process.

Check in with the group to determine the constellation focus for the day - I'll invite anyone who wants to be the "client" to bring forward their issue in 1-2 sentences, then we'll select one to explore.

Then we'll constellate! There are three roles you may take in a constellation:

- The person bringing forward the constellation topic (the "client")

- A representative in the constellation (stepping into representation then reporting on what you notice arising in your body/mind)

- A witness (holding the space and observing the constellation, stepping into representation if needed)

There is medicine in all roles! While bringing the topic brings healing to your own issue, we are often invited to represent or witness what we ourselves are needing to move through. Beyond that, we always learn something about ourselves or our humanness by witnessing a constellation.

Constellations are a beautiful exercise in connecting with the body and your intuition as you connect with your representation and the energy of the field. No prior experience needed, I will guide you through it!

Long time no chat party people!

Been steady with life changes, camping, motherhood, constellations training, keeping up with clients and teaching, and deeply immersed in the medicine of the Mother through my current cohort of receiving the mother!

Up next: I’m cranking up the group family constellation sessions (next one this Friday! Email me to join!) and one off sessions through the summer to explore remedies, symptoms, and systems through constellations.
