Soften now - soften your shoulders, your jaw, your eyes, the way you speak to yourself. Soft means comfort, support, safety. Soft is strong and true. Sure, maybe I have gone soft but, I’m happier this way.

I’m heading Out of Town to Saskatoon, SK for a bit to bring our puppy Biscuit (Bisky) BonBon for her surgery at the Vet University Hospital. So appointments at Healings for Beings will resume on August 5. If you have any suggestions for places to eat, things to see, shops to shop, please let me know.

I have been sending Reiki to our trip and to the surgery and all that comes in-between. If you are Reiki trained and want to send some Reiki Bisky’s way, it would be greatly appreciated. I am also reminded to give myself Reiki too, so I can be okay whatever the outcome.

Being a Reiki Master seems to be less about becoming the master of Reiki than it is in allowing Reiki to become the master of you. It is a deeply fulfilling and humbling to teach and share Reiki with others and to channel Reiki in amounts that can create immense relaxation and change in a client. I’m so grateful to be a part of something that focuses on healing, protection, and deep relaxation for all that practice and receive. Reiki Master upgrades the Reiki energy you can channel, creates a deeper connection between you and Reiki, prepares you for teaching, and we start to work with additional tools like crystals and pendulums!

Why you might choose me as your instructor: I endeavor to be inclusive, affirming, and supportive during my trainings and Reiki Master Training no different. I hold space for everyone who takes my training to create their own connection to Reiki and develop their own style of practice and teaching. You will receive a Reiki Master Manual and Workbook and you will also be a part of a community of Students who are very supportive. I teach in-person in Winnipeg, Manitoba, 🇨🇦 and I really love giving out certificates in person!

My next Reiki Master Class is August 7, 8, and 9 and then I’ll be teaching it again November 13, 14, and 15, 2026. Hope to see you there!

Reiki Shares and Practitioner Support Group Meetings are also back monthly now!! So exciting and I can’t wait to see all of you!

Renovations are still underway at Healings for Beings and our first phase is complete! The goal of this renovation is to make a space that can hold Reiki Classes, Experiences, & Workshops for 8-12 people and taking this wall down was integral to that plan. I’m so happy to say it is down! And now we ready to move on to phase 2 - cleaning, repairing, patching, and painting. Then phase 3 which is design & furniture! (Soo excited for all of this).

This is the first time I’ve ever had the opportunity to make this space my own and I’m so excited for it and to share it with you!

I’m still offering one-on-one sessions in person or remotely during this renovation time, so please excuse the transitory nature of the space at this time. I hope to have everything completed by the end of the Month and we’ll have a Summer Re-Opening!
