I’m sure most of us are trying to recover from the major shifts after the full moon and lunar eclipse!
You may have experienced a change in direction, maybe the universe heard your requests!
You’ve been working hard, not only in your work or home life, but improving you, becoming the best version of yourself!
And then all of a sudden you get hit with the exhaustion and emotional tidal wave! 🌊 🥱
This too shall pass!

Marigolds 🌼
- Not only is it my birth month flower, marigolds can aid in digestion and marigold extract can be used in a salve to relieve irritated skin!
Carrots 🥕
- One of my favorite veggies! This powerhouse of a vegetable boosts immunity, improves eye health, aids in digestion, and supports heart health.
Spearmint 🍃
- This lightly scented plant can help relieve stress, aid in digestion, balance hormones, and aid in memory.
Eucalyptus 🌱
- One of my favorite smelling plants helps ease congestion, relieving stress, and helps ease joint and muscle pain through aromatherapy.

Got Home To Winnipeg Monday Night… 💙
The drive gave me some time do decompress and get ready for the next adventure!
My trip to Sask was great! I had went to sacredwomanfestival, did some treatments thegreensoupemporium, and finished off the week with some MOT classes.
Before I get to the highlights, I just want to say thank you to those that stopped by my booth and to those that came to get treatments! Your support means the world!
Sacred Woman’s Festival was great as always! Unfortunately my body was having a hard time being present and was clearing out some energy!

The presentations that I went to and the people that I (re)connected with were amazing!

The conversations got me thinking and integrating new practices into my life!
The sessions done at The Green Soup Emporium were fantastic! I was so happy that I got to practice my MOT skills on five wonderful people!

After the day was done, I felt fulfilled but honestly super tired! I think when I start working full time, my schedule will be three to four people a day!
Overall the week was really good! Glad to have been home for a couple days before heading to of.earth.and.fire.womens.fest

• Manual Osteopathic Therapy: a holistic approach that views the body as an integrated whole, treating the interconnectedness of all its systems using gentle mobilizations, myofascial release, cranialsacral therapy, and manual lymphatic drainage. The session is 1hr 30min/ FREE! I just need a signature for my practicum log!

• Relax & Realign Reiki Reset: In this gentle and restorative session, you'll be guided into a deep state of relaxation as I channel healing energy to help balance your chakras, clear blockages and realign your energetic field. You’ll be invited to get comfortable, let go, and receive. This session is designed to ground you, bringing your mind, body, and spirit back into alignment. The session can be 30mins/ $45 or 1hr/$70
