Between 2022 and 2024, the Class40 IBSA has covered over 25,000 miles in ten regattas, winning a place on the podium five times and completing five ocean crossings.

The sporting competition may be over, but the commitment to inclusive and accessible sailing continues.

From the IBSA Regatta in France to the Para Sailing Academy in Italy, via the IBSA Iberia Inclusive Sailing Academy in Spain, support for the Velabili on Lake Lugano in Switzerland and the ‘Rowing into the Future’ project in the Czech Republic. Five countries, different projects, one common goal: to create new opportunities for inclusion, participation and sharing through sport.

Last October 5, IBSA inaugurated its renovated production facility in Lodi, Italy, specialising in the production of hyaluronic acid-based products. The overall investment of €13.5 million strengthens the site's role within IBSA's production network and supports its growth in international markets.
With the expansion of the facility, IBSA is strengthening one of its centres of industrial excellence and its ability to respond to growing international demand.

From 18 to 20 September, around 250 international experts gathered in Rome (IT) for the fifth edition of the Narture International Summit, the conference on reproductive medicine devised and organised by IBSA.

Dedicated to the theme “The Sound of Science”, the three-day conference involving discussions, research and innovation explored the latest developments in reproductive medicine and looked ahead to future prospects.

For IBSA, creating opportunities for high-level scientific dialogue means contributing to the dissemination of knowledge and the advancement of research, placing expertise and innovation at the service of people and healthcare professionals.

🔬 More support for research, more opportunities for young talent!🔬

The IBSA Foundation Fellowships Call for 2026 is now open, offering even more support this year for scientific research: the number of grants worth €32’000 each, awarded to young researchers under 40 from around the world, rises from 6 to 7!

The Fellowships support research projects in five scientific fields: dermatology, endocrinology, fertility/urology, pain medicine/orthopaedics/rheumatology, and healthy ageing and regenerative medicine. Also confirmed this year is the Research Equity Prize, worth €5’000 and assigned to the best project submitted in a developing country.
