MER – Module Enracinement en Grèce
Le module d'ancrage permet au MER de développer stabilité, présence et la capacité de ressentir et d'accueillir pleinement l'instant présent, sans fuir ni forcer.
Ce travail en profondeur explore : les jambes et les pieds, la connexion au sol, la libération des tensions fondamentales et la régulation du système nerveux par le toucher et la respiration.
