Our classes are an hour long, with dedicated time for mummies, to sit and enjoy a hot drink & sweet treat whilst having adult conversation.

Have you ever felt you aren't doing enough?

Have you ever felt like it's all just a bit too much?

Yup, me too!!

And that is exactly why I wanted to create the little communities within my classes. For you to have other mums who have probably felt exactly the same way you have, who will have advice and tips for you.

In every single class we have time for mums to connect and chat. Talking about their rose and thorns of the week. We often have very open and frank conversations, sometimes tears and many laughs.

Supporting mums and helping build their community and village is something I never take for granted!

Nervous about joining one of our baby classes? Here’s what you can expect for any of our classes 👶🏼 💕

No previous experience is needed. No ‘perfect’ baby is needed either - crying, feeding, nappy changes mid-class are all completely normal and welcome!
