✨️What is Reflexology?

✨️Reflexology is a holistic therapy which, a bit like acupressure, works on reflex points on your feet (or hands) to help restore wellbeing and balance to body and mind.

✨️I first had a reflexokogy treatment about 20 years ago to help with persistent migraines and found it really effective.

✨️Later I trained as a practitioner and have now treated several hundred people (my youngest client was just a few months old!)
