FULL MOON IN PISCES | 28.08.26

Well… if you’ve been feeling all the feels lately, this one may explain a few things. 😂🌊

Tonight’s Full Moon falls in dreamy, intuitive Pisces — a water sign deeply connected with our emotions, subconscious, intuition and spiritual side.

This is the kind of moon that can bring things bubbling up from beneath the surface. Feelings we’ve ignored. Things we’ve outgrown. Truths we already knew deep down but perhaps weren’t quite ready to acknowledge.

Rather than trying to make sense of absolutely everything, this moon invites us to soften a little. Trust what we feel. Listen to our intuition. Allow something to end without needing to know exactly what comes next.

Sometimes clarity doesn’t arrive through thinking harder…
sometimes it arrives when we finally stop fighting what we already know.

So if you’re feeling a little more emotional, reflective or energetically wrung out than usual… maybe give yourself some grace tonight.

And perhaps don't make any dramatic life decisions at 2am. 😂🌕

Hydration plays such an important role in supporting your lymphatic system 💧

Because lymph fluid is largely made up of water, staying well hydrated helps keep it flowing freely and supports your body’s natural processes for moving excess fluid and waste.

It’s especially important after a Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatment, when we’ve encouraged that fluid to move. Drinking plenty of water afterwards helps support this process and can help you get the most from your treatment.

So after your MLD session keep your water bottle close, take it easy and let your body do the rest.

Your lymphatic system works quietly behind the scenes every day but sometimes it may need a little extra support.

Feeling puffy, sluggish, heavy or just a little off? These can all be gentle reminders to slow down, hydrate, move your body and support healthy lymph flow.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage uses light, rhythmic movements to encourage the natural movement of lymph, helping you feel lighter, less puffy and deeply relaxed.

A moment between light and shadow.

Today, I was lucky enough to receive these pictures that my neice captured in Gibraltar, something truly magical — the Solar Eclipse of 12th August 2026. ☀️🌙

There’s something incredibly powerful about watching the Moon move across the Sun. Spiritually, eclipses have long symbolised endings, beginnings, transformation and the revealing of what has been hidden.

A reminder that sometimes we have to move through the shadow before we can fully appreciate the light.

This feels like an invitation to release what no longer belongs in the next chapter, to trust the changes taking place, even when we can't yet see where they're leading us.

Let the old fall away.
Trust the pause.
Set your intentions.
And make space for what is ready to find you.

What makes tonight feel even more special is its rarity. The last total solar eclipse visible from the UK was in 1999, with totality seen from Cornwall. The next time a total solar eclipse will be visible from mainland Britain won't be until 23rd September 2090.

Tonight's eclipse wasn't total here in the Midlands nor in Gibraltar, we witnessed the partial phase, but knowing the Moon's shadow was creating totality elsewhere while we watched this beautiful crescent Sun made it feel no less magical.

Manifestation isn’t only about thinking about what you want or hoping that one day it might happen…
It’s about allowing yourself to feel the sensation of already having received it.
Close your eyes and imagine it’s already yours.
How would you feel?
How would you carry yourself?
What would you believe about your life?
What would gratitude feel like in your body?
Sit with that feeling. Let yourself experience the excitement, peace, love, freedom or abundance as though it has already arrived.
And be mindful of your words today.

Speak positively about yourself.
Speak positively about your future.
Speak positively about what you are creating.

Try not to immediately follow your intentions with “but it probably won’t happen…” or “I’ll never be able to…”
Your words carry energy too.

Set the intention.
Feel it.
See it.
Believe it.
Give thanks for it.

Then release the need to control exactly how it comes to you.
I am ready to receive.
I believe it is possible.
I feel it as though it is already mine.
I trust what is meant for me is finding its way to me.

MLD is a gentle, rhythmic treatment that not only encourages healthy lymphatic flow, but also helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system—often referred to as your "rest, digest and repair" state.
As your nervous system begins to settle, your body can shift away from survival mode and into a state where healing, recovery and healthy lymphatic flow are better supported.

While MLD isn't a cure for stress, it can be a wonderful part of a holistic approach to supporting both your body and mind during times of physical or emotional overwhelm.
Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do for our health is simply give our body permission to slow down.
