There was a time I kept telling myself: “I’m not enough.”

Not out loud.
Just quietly… in the background of everything I did.

It showed up when I hesitated to speak.
When I overexplained.
When I gave too much just to feel accepted.

And I didn’t even notice I was carrying it —
until one moment when everything felt heavy enough to stop.

So I sat down…
put my hand on my chest…
and tried something simple: Emotional Freedom Techniques.

“Even though I feel like I’m not enough… I accept myself.”

It felt awkward at first. Almost fake.
