After a lot of reflection, I’ve decided to take a break from tattooing.

This decision hasn’t been easy, it’s something I’ve been thinking about for a long time. However, my mental and physical health must come first, especially when bringing up children with additional needs. One of my children has very complex needs that are requiring more and more of my energy, often at a moment’s notice, making working a client facing job increasingly challenging.

I have also been having health issues for quite a while, as many of you know. My conditions cause joint pain, fatigue, and periods of sickness. Managing these physical challenges while working has become increasingly difficult, and I need to prioritize my health to continue being present for my family.

I want to reassure you all, that booked appointments will be going ahead as planned and my diary remains open for now, so those of you who want to book in still have the chance (link in bio.) Clients with ongoing projects will take priority.

I’ll gradually be reducing my working days over the coming months. As soon as I have a final working date confirmed I will update you all.

While I may explore other avenues of art and take on guest spots, I don’t know if I’ll return to tattooing full time. For now, I plan to slow down, focus on self care, and read lots and lots of books.

Thank you all for understanding and for being a part of the ride. Your support means the world to me, it really truly does. And a very special thank you to my mum 🫶🏻
