A little throwback to some lovely reviews from the last couple of months 🤍

These were all from my time working at the Colonic Hydrotherapy Clinic in Wickham, Southampton, and I'm so grateful to everyone who took the time to leave such kind words after their treatments with me.

A huge thank you to The Colonic Hydrotherapy Clinic Lorraine Paxman for having me at the clinic and giving me the opportunity to work with so many wonderful clients. It was such a pleasure to be there, and I really hope that i get to come back again in the future. 🤍

For now, I'm bringing all of that experience home to ClearFlow Colonics in Bedfordshire. 💚

Every session is different, and sometimes it’s simply about giving the body time, consistency and the right environment to respond.

This one felt like a really positive step forward, and I’m excited to see how things continue to progress.

Your gut and your brain are constantly talking to each other. 🧠💚

Stress doesn't just affect how you feel mentally. For many people, it can also influence how the digestive system functions.

When we're constantly rushing, worrying or living in "fight or flight", it's not uncommon to notice things like:

✨ Bloating
✨ Trapped wind
✨ Constipation
✨ Changes in bowel habits

Your body isn't working against you... it's responding to what it's experiencing.

Sometimes the best thing you can do for your gut isn't just changing what you eat... it's giving your body permission to slow down.

❌ Why do I say no to some clients?

Because my responsibility is to keep you safe.

Colonic hydrotherapy isn't suitable for everyone, and that's why every client completes a detailed medical questionnaire and consultation before any treatment takes place.

Sometimes, after reviewing a client's medical history, the safest and most professional decision is to decline treatment or ask them to seek medical advice first.

I'd much rather disappoint someone by saying "not today" than compromise their safety.

Your wellbeing will always come before a booking. 💚
