Just realised after my last post that i didn't update you all.
I lost my goal amount this week of 9 pounds after my holiday.
Had a truely full on plan week with some sp weeks to boost my weight loss.
Super happy.
Got 2 pound to get to my interim target which will be my lowest ever weight.Really going for target this year. here are some of the foods this week

I have been dying to have my nails done for ages now.
I've finally been allowed to so the watermelon set was for my holiday but i just couldn't bear to let go of summer just yet so I've had the starfish design to keep me going

How about applying for 12 weeks fully funded support.
Qualifying is absolutely nothing to do with earnings. Criteria is as it states here.
I started on this scheme and it was a great incentive to give it a go and you can achieve something much in 3 months. Just think how you will feel by Christmas losing some weight
