What is a Mummy MOT? 👩‍🍼

A Mummy MOT is a specialist postnatal assessment designed for women after both vaginal and caesarean births. It evaluates how your body is recovering following pregnancy and delivery, with a focus on your posture, pelvic floor, and abdominal muscles.

If any weakness, imbalance, or dysfunction is identified, we can provide tailored treatment and rehabilitation exercises to support your recovery and help you return to exercise safely and confidently.

Your Mummy MOT - Your way! 👇

✨You can take the session in full (1 hr 30 min) alternatively if you feel this would be too long for you or your baby you can have two separate 45 min sessions to be taken on different days.

✨You can bring your baby along with you to your session – we have toys and equipment to occupy your little one while they wait. (Hey! They can even join in the session if they so wish, whatever makes both yourself and your baby happy)

✨We have parking directly outside the clinic making it easy for you and your baby to get from A to B. (Our clinic is also situated within Beverley town centre which is ideal for a well deserved coffee date for you and your baby afterwards)

"I visited Rise after having a big operation on my knee/shin and was really struggling with getting back to some sort of normal. I have had two visits up to now with Phil and can say he has helped me tremendously over these two visits alone! The knowledge and help he has provided has just boosted my confidence and finally feel like I am making progress in my recovery. The building is always beautifully clean and the parking is a bonus! - Would highly recommend RISE!"
