A beautiful day in the garden with the herbal students, here they are harvesting mullein such a beautiful herb, a wonderful respiratory remedy, toning the mucus membranes, reducing inflammation and facilitating expiration. We are drying this mullein to use in our herbal teas

Our next herbal workshop is on Thursday 11th May. We will be making a herbal lotion, some cooling summer drinks and learning all about our vibrant summer herb growing all around us. We had such fun last week making a herbal ointment and tasting different herbs. We hope to see you!
