A picture can hide so much pain… but it can also hold so much joy.

I shared this photo privately with my members yesterday, and then I thought — why not share it with the world?

Once upon a time, I lost 6.5 stone and I’ll openly admit… I nearly regained all of that weight, bar a few pounds. The picture on the right was taken just yesterday, and seeing the two together reminded me exactly why I keep going.

Being a Slimming World consultant doesn’t mean I’m perfect — I’m absolutely on a journey too and that journey doesn’t always go to plan. I have tough weeks, wobbles, resets… just like everyone else.

The turning point was realising that no one could do this for me. I had to help myself. I had to get back to a Slimming World group as a member and follow the plan properly — the plan I know works and with the support of the people around me in group, and a plan that genuinely does what it promises, I found my way back.

I had to make that change.

And I did.
And I’m still doing it.
And I’m proud to show it

✨ Guess what… I’m super excited to let you know that from today, for the next 5 weeks, I’ll be taking care of the Kings Norton group until the lovely new shiny consultant starts!

This is as well as my normal St Laurence Pastoral Centre group, so you’ll still find me there too 💕

What a weekend it’s been. It started with our annual Slimming World clothes throw for Cancer Research UK and ended with Cancer Research UK Race for Life— and between me and my lovely members, we’ve raised nearly £4,000 for this incredible charity.

Thank you so much to everyone who donated clothes, money, time, or encouragement. Your kindness genuinely makes a difference ❤️

Ending this Sunday feeling super proud and very grateful.

I love what I do. Touching hearts and changing lives.

61 bags collected which will equate to around £2440 for this amazing charity so thankyou to everyone who donated!

I'M SO SAD TO ANNOUNCE THIS..

It really is with a very heavy heart. 💔💔
I love my role and everything that comes with it... but I am officially done in.. I'm exhausted . 😪

Slimming World unfortunately is taking up too much of my time.. I’m struggling to keep up with the everyday chores of cooking, cleaning and maintaining my home, so something has to give. 🙈
So I have decided to get rid of all my supplies. 👌
