ou can look after your own health and wellbeing - knowing that those you care for are in the best possible hands. We provide a range of health and social care support to service users both at Home and in Hospital. We can help them with activities of daily living such as personal care:
• Meal preparation,
• Shopping and managing correspondence,
• Support they need to engage in social activities which can become more difficult with age. In addition, we offer specialized care service users and patients in nursing homes for those living with dementia, Parkinson’s disease and other age-related health conditions. Our care workers can also administer medication and help service users to manage their treatment regimes.
