What a weekend for Pre-Hospital Advanced Care Team.

Over the weekend, the Pre-Hospital Advanced Care Team provided A&E-level and critical care support across multiple events, working alongside Arley Medical Services. It was a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate what can be achieved when experienced clinicians come together, support one another, and strengthen in numbers.

We were also pleased to welcome several new team members who recently completed our recruitment process. As part of their induction and onboarding, they were fully supported throughout the weekend and integrated into the team from day one.

A huge thank you to everyone involved. The professionalism, teamwork and commitment shown across all locations was outstanding, and it was a pleasure working alongside Arley Medical Services to deliver the care our patients needed.

🎉 TODAY, PACT TURNS 10! 🎉
Ten years ago, a group of gentlemen sat down in a restaurant and dared to ask a simple question — why don’t events across the UK have access to the critical care they deserve? From those conversations, logos sketched on napkins and some truly crazy ideas, the Pre-hospital Advanced Care Team was born. 🚑
A decade on, we look back with enormous pride. We bring A&E to the event. We have a critical care team that supports events in a way that has long been overdue. Years of patients treated. Conveyance rates that remain remarkably low.
We have overcome so much. A global pandemic. Changes in direction. And the loss of a dear friend and director who believed in this team with everything he had. We carry him with us always.
New directors have come in and together we are on an upward journey — stronger, more focused and more determined than ever.
Through every challenge, we have remained strong — not because we are the biggest, but because we believe deeply in what we do.
🏥 We invest heavily in our equipment.
💊 We invest heavily in our medications.
📚 We invest heavily in our training.
❤️ And we hold strong to our values — welcoming every person not just to a team, but to our family.
You may have noticed our new look — out with the multicoloured scrub tops, in with the red and yellow that is becoming so well known and loved on site. We adapt. We evolve. But our values never change.
As we welcome the next 10 years, we look forward to more great events, more great friends, more advanced care to patients — and continuing to stay true to our name.

🚑✨ What an Incredible Week for the Team!
This week has been amazing and reflects everything we are as a company – and we couldn’t be prouder.
It started on Bank Holiday Monday, where we provided a doctor-led critical care team and a small A&E department to support a large gathering in Coventry, and provided a team for Events Of The North Bannister Mile. That level of care, delivered with precision and professionalism, set the tone for the whole week.
And then this weekend, our teams were out across the UK again:
🌸 Three Counties Showground – Spring Show – Working alongside Arley Medical Services, our team delivered advanced medical cover, helping to reduce pressures on the NHS while ensuring every patient received the highest standard of care.
🎵 StouFest, Stourbridge – A brilliant family music and food festival right on our doorstep! We were absolutely thrilled to be part of the STOURfest team and it means a great deal to support such a wonderful local community event.
🎶 Guiseley Sounds Festival – our team were also lucky enough to be backstage – and got to meet the absolutely legendary Toploader! We are literally dancing with joy! 🕺💃Toploader

None of this is possible without our incredible staff. They don’t just turn up – they come to work with enthusiasm and a genuine desire to make a difference, every single time. We are so proud of each and every one of them.

This is exactly what we do. This is exactly what this company is about. Advanced care at events, protecting patients, and working collaboratively to keep the pressure off the NHS. Our partnerships continue to grow stronger, and the future looks very bright. ❤️💛

Fantastic work by the Arley Medical Services team providing medical cover throughout the RHS Malvern Spring Festival.

It was a pleasure for the Pre-Hospital Advanced Care Team (PACT) to work alongside such a professional and dedicated group. Strong collaboration between event medical teams is key to delivering safe, effective care and ensuring the best outcomes for patients.

🚑 Two Cities. Two Teams. One Mission.
Today was one of those days that reminds us exactly why we do what we do.
Across two cities, pre-Hospital Advanced Care Team had two incredible deployments running simultaneously:

🏃 Oxford — Our team deployed to support Events Of The North, bringing our Medical Centre Ambulance and our newly formed Cycle Response Unit to the start line. Fast, agile, and ready for anything.

🎉 Coventry — Earlsdon Festival 2026 — In partnership with Arley Medical Services, we provided a Critical Care Team and an Emergency Department Team to support Coventry City Council and Coventry City FCas thousands celebrated their promotion to the Premier League! 🔵🩵

Two cities. One team — with the same values, the same vision, and the same goal.

🥋 Hey everyone — we’re back!
We know it’s been a little quiet from us lately, but we promise it’s all been for good reason. We’ve been working hard behind the scenes and now that event season has kicked off, you’re going to be hearing a lot more from us! 🙌
What a weekend to start with! ⭐
We were out in force providing medical cover at not one, but TWO brilliant events this weekend:
🥋 British International Open Taekwondo Championship — Manchester
🥋 Aquila Poomsae Competition — London
What an atmosphere at both! Athletes travelling from all over the world, incredible talent on display, and some truly unforgettable moments. It was an honour to be there supporting such amazing events and making sure everyone could compete safely.
A massive congratulations to every single competitor — you were absolutely brilliant! 🥇🏆
