One of the most common conversations we have with clients is why we can’t compete with £5k flat-pack saunas… this is why.
The short answer is we’re not building the same product and we created this graphic to show you.
Flat-pack saunas are designed to hit a price point - single-skin construction, minimal insulation, and fast assembly using standardised materials. They’ll heat up, but they lose heat quickly, use more energy to maintain temperature, and often rely on materials and adhesives that aren’t selected with long-term high heat exposure or off-gassing in mind.
Our approach is the opposite.
Every layer in our wall build-up is designed intentionally - from thermal performance to vapour control to material selection under sustained heat. We focus on heat retention, energy efficiency, and creating a stable, consistent environment that performs the same on year one as it does years down the line.
That means better insulation, smarter detailing, and careful consideration of every material that sits inside a high-temperature environment.
So yes, we don’t compete with £5k flat-pack saunas.
Because we’re building for performance, longevity, and health… not just getting a box to heat up quickly.
