Slimming World has given me something I never thought I'd have around food: confidence.

Foods that used to be a huge trigger no longer have that power over me. So when my little lady asked for a McDonald's breakfast on the last morning of half term, I could happily say yes. 🥳

Not because I'm "being good" or "having a cheat day", but because I've learned how to protect my weight loss while still enjoying life's little moments. The moments that feed my soul just as much as food feeds my body. 🥰

I know how to make choices that work for me, without missing out on making memories with the people I love.

And let's be honest... I do love a McDonald's hash brown! 🍟❤️

This journey isn't about perfection. It's about freedom and balance.

I really enjoyed our group on Tuesday. We spent the evening celebrating the men in group 🥰

We had our Man of the Year party in session and a fabulous taster along with it.

It's so inspirational hearing from the chaps and hearing about their personal highlights of their journey ❤️

❤️ One of my absolute favourite parts of being a consultant is being able to award members milestone awards and celebrate their success.

Seeing them smile, knowing they have achieved something wonderful fills me with so much happine😊
