My social media break was much longer than I had planned, but it only made me miss you all more!

After the festive markets, I always need to fully recharge in January. However this year I extended my hibernation from social media to help me refocus on self care practises, energetic boundaries (observe not absorb), new product creation, and upscaling my holistic services. Taking some time out from social media’s noise and influence, has helped me reconnect with myself and feel into what’s next.

I also had inspiring client sessions, became obsessed with feeding and watching the birds in the garden, almost finished the upholstery in our campervan, a Fowey mini stay, wholesale deliveries and I’ve have been dipping my toes in tarot and mediumship for fun.

I took care of my poorly dog, which I always find exhausting from worry and interrupted sleep. After all the tests, he was diagnosed with Cushings Disease, and thankfully the medication is now really starting the help. So now I am rested, all caught up on sleep and excited to be back!

AND I’ll be launching a new product very soon, can you guess what? ✨
