Hello September 🍁 but hang on …. Still some sunshine 🌞 to enjoy too.

Many clients work tirelessly to get rid of stubborn weight for the Summer and ask me how to keep it up as cooler weather comes. I’m a great believer in a whole person approach and individuality tailored packages but here are a few tips .

🌟 𝒯ℴ𝓅 𝒯𝒾𝓅𝓈 𝒻ℴ𝓇 𝒲ℯ𝒾𝑔𝒽𝓉 ℒℴ𝓈𝓈 𝒮𝓊𝒸𝒸ℯ𝓈𝓈 🌟

Losing weight isn’t easy, but with the right mindset and habits, it is possible! Here are my top tips to help you stay on track and reach your goals:

1️⃣ Set Clear Goals – Know exactly what you’re working towards. A specific goal keeps you focused and motivated.

2️⃣ Stay Hydrated – Water helps with hunger, energy, and flushing out toxins. Aim for 2-3 litres a day. 💧

3️⃣ Plan Ahead – Plan your meals, snacks, and products. Failing to prepare is preparing to fail!

4️⃣ Stick to Routine – Consistency is key! Daily habits, no matter how small, lead to big results.

5️⃣ Track Your Progress – Take photos, write it down, or use an app. Seeing how far you’ve come is powerful.

6️⃣ Don’t Be Too Hard on Yourself – If you slip up, reset and carry on. Progress, not perfection!

7️⃣ Find Your WHY – Whether it’s your health, family, confidence, or clothes – keep your reason close.

You’ve got this 💪 One day, one step, one choice at a time. Get in touch if you’d like support to get your mind, body and lifestyle sorted for good.

Let’s reach your goals together! 🌈✨

September and this seemed like just the right message I was looking for. No words needed really other than….Time to take time for you . It’s okay to do that by the way. We spend a lot of energy supporting others and sometimes forget ourselves. I know ; I do it too. Time to listen to nature and to your body and recognise that a little pause is good.
Why not take advantage of one of my September taster offers ; Reiki Crystal Healing and Cyclossage massage are both great for releasing those tensions, aches and pains and enhancing relaxation. EFT Tapping is also a deep reaching emotional healer and available on line too.
I’ve a few appointments left for September so go on- take time for you.

Please share as many people asked for another event but in an evening as they couldn’t make my book launch last week. This will be a cash only event with the book on sale as well as lots of other resources. Hope to see you there. Thank you to Marie for staying open and for letting us enjoy her coffee and cakes while we share our evening.

Sometimes you need to take a deep and not let the emotions of a moment overwhelm you!

It’s hard to make smart decisions when you are caught up in a big moment. So take a breath, slow down for a second and centre yourself. Then decide.

It might help for lots of situations, but definitely when you find yourself close to making an off plan eating decision for whatever reason.

Take a moment.
Just breathe.

Interesting and during my Silent Counselling Couch sessions as well as on line sessions we work on this point and the governing meridian in sync.

The vagus nerve touches every organ in our body, especially our gut. It’s a critical part of our rest, digest and relax system (aka the parasympathetic nervous system). It's the longest nerve in our body, supplying both our organs and our brain with vital information. It controls things like our heart rate, digestion, breathing, swallowing, and also affects our mental health.

Stimulating the vagus nerve has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, feelings of being overwhelmed, depression and PTSD symptoms.

Since the vagus nerve is part of our parasympathetic nervous system, when it gets stimulated it increases what is known as vagal tone; slowing our heart rate and our breathing and calming our nervous system down.

Studies have found that mothers pass on their vagal tone to their children. So if a mum struggles with anxiety or depression while pregnant, this can result in low vagal tone which is in turn passed on to her newborn. Fortunately, the same goes for the reverse. If a mum has a high vagal tone, she can pass that on also.

The good news is that vagal tones can be easily changed, increased and improved. There are many ways that we can trigger our vagus nerve so that we can start feeling better and more calm. Here's a little reminder to keep in mind!!
If you’d like a little more help you know I’m here to provide that too.
