🪽✨ THE PREPARATION HAS BEGUN… ✨🪽

There’s something quite magical about preparing a space for Reiki Level 2.

The physical preparation has begun — cleansing our space, preparing our food and creating our theory and practical areas — but there’s another kind of preparation happening too…

The energy is shifting. ✨

I’m clearing the space, setting my intentions and opening the door for our guides and the beautiful energies that will walk alongside us throughout the weekend.

There may only be 6 beautiful physical bodies in my home…

…but believe me when I say, we will not be alone. 🪽

There will be guides, loved ones, ancestors, protectors, teachers and energies beyond what our physical eyes can see.

Hundreds… perhaps thousands of beautiful visitors joining us in spirit as these six souls come together to learn, open, receive and step deeper into their Reiki journey. 💫💟

The space is being prepared.
The energy is gathering.
The guides are being called in.

And now… we surrender, we trust and we allow.

JOURNEY THROUGH THE CHAKRAS — SACRAL 🧡

This Tuesday, we gently journey into the Sacral Chakra — the energy centre connected to our emotions, creativity, pleasure, connection and our ability to flow with life.

The sacral reminds us that we are so much more than our busy minds and endless to-do lists.

We are here to feel.
To experience joy.
To create.
To connect.
To receive. 🌙

Sometimes life asks us to hold so much that we lose touch with what we need, what we feel and what brings us joy.

This evening is a gentle invitation to come back to yourself.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation, creating a little space to turn inward and connect with yourself, before settling into the vibrations of the soundbath.

Allow the sounds to wash over you, soften what feels heavy and create space for whatever you’re ready to release.

No pressure.
Nothing to achieve.
Just an hour to pause, breathe and simply be. 🧡

Sunday Sanctuary is a beautiful hour of stillness, sound and intention — a space to release the energy of the week gone and gently reset for the week ahead.

No need to do anything.
No need to be anything.
Just come as you are and allow the healing vibrations of sound to hold you for a while. 🤍

Tonight’s Soundbath ✨

What an absolute honour it was to hold space for such a beautiful group of people this evening. 🤍

The energy in the room was so calm, peaceful and nurturing. There was such a beautiful sense of togetherness, and hearing your feedback and the experiences you received from the Soundbath honestly means so much to me.

I absolutely love the little family we are creating at Holistic Life Co. 🫶🏼 and I am always available to each and everyone of you.

We had some familiar faces returning, alongside some lovely newcomers — and I just love how everyone is welcomed exactly as they are.

No judgement.
No expectations.
Just a safe space to pause, breathe, receive and simply be. ✨

Honouring Mikao Usui — The Founder of Reiki ✨

Today, I take a moment to honour the life and legacy of Mikao Usui, whose teachings have touched countless lives across the world — including mine. 🙏🏻

As a Reiki Master, I feel incredibly grateful to walk a path that began with Usui’s desire to understand healing, compassion, spiritual growth and the connection between mind, body and spirit.

Reiki has become so much more than a practice for me. It has been a journey of learning, unlearning, self-discovery, trust and connection. 🌿

The beautiful thing about Reiki is that it isn’t about ego or being able to “fix” someone. It’s about creating a safe, peaceful space where we can slow down, reconnect with ourselves and allow what we need to come forward.

Today feels like a beautiful reminder of why I began this journey in the first place — a journey that began with my son and why I continue to share Reiki with others through treatments, meditation, sound and teaching.

Thank you, Mikao Usui, for the path you opened.
May we continue to carry the essence and tradition of Reiki forward with humility, compassion, kindness and love. 🤍

✨ Just for today…
Be kind.
Be grateful.
Work honestly.
Do not worry.
Do not anger.
