✨ Thank You for an Incredible First 6 Months! ✨

We can hardly believe it has already been six months since we opened our doors on Central Avenue, Brampton Park. What an amazing journey it has been so far, and we want to take this opportunity to say a heartfelt thank you to every single person who has supported us along the way.

Whether you’ve attended a class, booked a treatment, recommended us to friends and family, or simply followed our journey, your support has helped us build a welcoming wellness community that we are incredibly proud of.

We’re excited to share that our core timetable is now in place, making it easier than ever to find a class that fits your schedule. Our range of wellness treatments and therapies are also available to book online through our website.

At Hans_on Wellness, we are passionate about creating a space where movement, health, and wellbeing come together. Whether you’re new to Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Yoga or looking to improve strength and mobility, seeking support on your wellness journey, or simply taking some well deserved time for yourself, you’ll find a warm welcome in our beautiful studio and treatment room.

ONE WHOLE YEAR OF CAROLYN ✨🎉💖

Although it only officially became a year ago that Carolyn joined the Hans_On Wellness collective, she’s been part of our lives for so much longer - so when she finally made it official, we were absolutely DELIGHTED 🫶

Over the last year she’s become such a huge part of our weekly studio life, settling beautifully into our new space, bringing the energy, the laughs, the warmth… and of course the themes 😂✨ because nobody loves dressing up quite like Carolyn does! Yeeeha!

She’s the reason themed reformer classes now exist and honestly… they’re cheeky, playful and fun just like Carolyn!

An incredible instructor, inspirational mum, supportive friend and wonderful colleague - we feel so lucky to have her. The feedback we receive from her clients is always amazing and it’s easy to see why. Carolyn has such a warm, welcoming style of teaching that makes everyone feel comfortable, capable and encouraged 💖

Plus she’s completely made our postnatal courses her own - supporting so many women through such a special chapter of life 🫶

This Mental Health Awareness Week, we wanted to remind you that wellbeing doesn’t have to look perfect, it is very often sweaty! 🤍

You do not need to be super fit, flexible, confident or dressed in expensive activewear to begin prioritising yourself. Small consistent acts of self-care can have a huge impact on both mental and physical wellbeing

Whether it’s joining a reformer class, attending a sound bath, coming to a women’s circle, booking a lymphatic drainage treatment or experiencing a Goddess Ritual Treatment - creating space for yourself really does matter.

But wellbeing can also look like the basics:
getting enough sleep, staying hydrated, walking in nature, moving your body gently or talking with a friend.

You really can’t pour from an empty cup 🤍

Today we celebrate International Pilates Day and the legacy of Joseph Pilates, whose work continues to move, strengthen and support bodies all over the world.

For Siane, Pilates has been so much more than movement.

It has shaped her life, her body, her mindset, her healing, and the entire journey of Hans_On Wellness. What began as a personal passion has become the foundation of a growing wellness community with Pilates at its core.

Pilates has a beautiful way of meeting people where they are.
It strengthens.
It restores.
It supports healing.
It builds confidence.
It brings people back home to their bodies.

And, perhaps just as importantly, it brings people together.

Over the years, Pilates has woven itself into Siane’s everyday life, not just as a practice, but as a way of being. A reminder to move with intention, to breathe deeply, to listen inward, and to keep growing.

We are so grateful for every body that walks through our doors, every smile, every small win, every moment of strength, and every connection made on the mat or reformer.

Here’s to the power of Pilates - then, now, and always.

New to Reformer Pilates? This is your sign to start here ✨

Our Beginners Reformer Pilates Course is designed especially for people who are brand new, feeling unsure, or wanting a little more confidence before joining regular group classes.

And here’s the thing many people don’t realise…

Reformer Pilates isn’t “too hard” for beginners.
In fact, the reformer was originally designed by Joseph Pilates to support the body and help people build strength, control, and confidence before progressing further.

Unlike mat Pilates, where you’re working mainly with your own body weight, the reformer uses adjustable springs to offer both support and resistance. That means exercises can be adapted to meet you exactly where you are.

So no, you don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to be strong.
You don’t need to “know what you’re doing.”
You just need to start.

Across the course, our friendly expert instructors will guide you step by step, helping you understand the reformer bed, build confidence with the equipment, and move in a way that feels safe, supported, and empowering.

Our classes are kept intentionally small and intimate, so there’s plenty of space to ask questions, receive guidance, and learn at your own pace.
