Remember there are lots of free resources on my website, including links to my YouTube channel (Stillworks Meditation), and our Podcast (Podcast in Your Pocket), and everyone on my mailing list is invited to a free online drop-in class once a month.

Classes and courses are running until the summer break, workshops will run over the summer, and so will one-to-one sessions - including my NEW deep relaxation meditation one-to-one sessions. All the details are on my website as well as details about the last three remaining places for our September retreat.
