4Minds are thrilled to announce that Andrew Jenkins has teamed up with the EmpowerMen Project Team who are dedicated to enhancing and prioritising men's mental health, wellbeing and su***de prevention throughout Gwent.

Supported by the Ted Senior Foundation, Innovation Funding, and the Gwent Police & Crime Commissioner’s Community Engagement Fund, this initiative unites eight incredible grassroots organisations / People : 4Minds Torfaen Talks CIC, TIDY BUTT, JSG Health for Dads, Talkabout Solutions, Sam David Wilkes, Paul Pook Andrew Jenkins
Our Mission: We aim to bring support directly to the communities where men are already active — through men’s groups, sports clubs, and community organisations. Together, we will build resilience, boost confidence, and promote early support-seeking behaviours.
Join us in this vital work and help spread the word! Let's empower men to embrace mental health support and transform lives through practical skills and strategies that can be applied in everyday situations.

Whether you’ve been affected by the subject or just want to learn more in a safe, supportive space, we’d love to see you there.

We’re open to any men’s group across Gwent - be that football, a walking group, an allotment project, DIY workshops, a running club, or a peer-support circle. Wherever men come together - this is for you.

From talking about anxiety, su***de awareness, and being a dad, there’s a topic for everyone.

That’s why The Empowermen Project is hosting "Finding Your Tribe"—a massive community event at Rodney Parade, Newport, completely dedicated to men’s mental health, resilience, and connection. 🏟️✨
