A like, follow and share goes a long way...it would be great if you could help my business to grow. That one share could also help one of your friends or your friends friend 💫 or that one person that seems 'fine'.

Thankyou so much 🧡💛💚💙

Have you ever wondered why grief feels so unpredictable? That's because the five stages of grief aren't steps you complete—they're experiences you may move in and out of.

💙 Denial – "This can feel like shock or disbelief. Your mind is protecting you while you begin to process a painful loss."

💙 Anger – "You might feel angry at yourself, others, healthcare professionals, or even the person who died. Anger is often a response to deep pain."

💙 Bargaining – "Thoughts like 'If only I had…' or 'What if…' are common. This stage often reflects our search for meaning or a sense of control."

💙 Depression – "Sadness, loneliness, and emotional exhaustion can become more noticeable as the reality of the loss settles in."

💙 Acceptance – "Acceptance doesn't mean you're 'over it.' It means learning to live with the loss while continuing to move forward in your own way."

Not everyone experiences all of these stages, and they don't happen in a set order. Grief is deeply personal, and however you're grieving, your experience is valid.
