As CEO of the National Dignity Council, Jan has been involved with the organisation since its inception 20 years ago and is proud to lead the national campaign promoting dignity in care. She began her career there as an apprentice and rose into senior leadership, before moving to Skills for Care where she led major national programmes, including the adoption of the Care Workforce Pathway. With expertise in strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement and digital innovation, Claire works closely with partners across government and the care system to drive sustainable change and improve outcomes for communities.
