As the veil thins, we honour our ancestors, embrace the cycle of life, death & rebirth, and welcome the beginning of Winter.

Join us for a full moon ritual to remember, rewild & release through the ancient tradition of the Irish Sweathouse Ritual.

For 3,500+ years, traditional sweat bathing has woven together land, elements, healing waters, native trees, herbs, song, silence & story. A journey of death and rebirth through heat, steam and water.

Taken by the wind.
Back to ourselves.

A day of heat, water, earth, ritual and women coming together.

Hot Girl Healing was never really about escaping life.

It was about coming back to it, feeling grounded, connected, alive.

Still carrying a little bit of that magic with us.

Until next time…

Our Autumn Equinox Ritual

We’re back from our summer break… and it’s time to get those rocks hot again!

And what better way to welcome the new sauna season than with our first guided sauna ritual, celebrating the Autumn Equinox.

As summer slowly gives way to autumn, we’ll spend three hours moving between heat, steam, cold water, scent, stillness and good company.

A chance to slow down, switch off and experience the sauna in a slightly different way; with a little guidance, a few surprises and plenty of time to simply enjoy being there.

Sunday 27th September
4–7pm
£56 per person

The equinox marks a moment of balance, equal light and darkness, before we head into the darker half of the year.

So come and welcome autumn with us…
we’ll bring the heat.

Limited spaces available.

HOT GIRL HEALING: A LITTLE PRACTICAL MAGIC

Come and Chill Out IRL with us for an evening of wood-fired sauna heat, tea leaf guidance, herbal ritual, cheeky affirmations, meditation… and a little bit of Practical Magic

📅 **Sunday 13th September 2026**
⏰ **7:00 PM**
📍 **The Hot Rocks Sauna**

Think practical Magic meets hot girl self-care

We'll begin the evening with Kerry Edgar; writer, holistic teacher and author of Big Deck Energy. Who will guide us through tea leaf readings and empowering (and cheeky!) hot girl affirmations.

What might your tea leaves reveal?
What affirmation do you need to hear?
What are you ready to leave behind?

Then it's time to step into the heat…

THE HERBAL RITUAL

Inside our traditional hand-built, wood-fired sauna, I'll lead you through a special mini herbal ritual, bringing together the warmth of the sauna, the power of plants and the intention you've set for the evening.

As the sauna heats up, we'll slow down, breathe, connect and let the outside world melt away.

Come for the sauna.
Stay for the tea leaves.
Lean into the ritual.
Leave feeling lighter, calmer and a little more connected to yourself.

Because sometimes you don't need to fix everything.
Sometimes you just need to gather your girls, get warm, drink some tea, have a little ritual and remember who the hell you are.

Limited spaces available; book your spot for an evening of warmth, wisdom, ritual and Hot Girl Healing.

What is Pirts?

Pirts is a traditional Latvian sauna practice, it's a deeply rooted ritual that brings together heat, nature, herbs, movement, breath and connection.

At the heart of Pirts is the Pirts ritual where heat is combined with fragrant herbal blooms, traditionally made from branches of various trees including Birch, Oak, or Linden.
The gentle sweeping and fanning of heat over the body allows the warm scented air to move around you and create a deeply immersive experience.

Pirts is traditionally much more than a place to sweat. It accompanies every stage of life, from birth to death.

Pirts can be a place for cleansing, healing, celebration, preparation, and transition. It played a role in important moments of community and family life.

In this way pirts was not just a building or a bathing practice.
It was a sacred and practical place woven into the fabric of life. Connecting people with their bodies, their community, their ancestors, and the natural world.

Today, many people discover pirts as a powerful way to slow down, reconnect, experience traditional rituals in a modern world.

And perhaps this is what makes pirts so spacial.

It isn't just about heat, it's about life.
