One deep squat a day changes everything. 🦵

The Garland Pose (Malasana) quietly wakes up the parts of your body that modern sitting life forgets — your hips, your ankles, your core, even your digestion.

60 seconds in this pose can:
✨ Open tight hips and groin
✨ Restore ankle flexibility
✨ Build balance and body awareness
✨ Lengthen calves, adductors & lower back
✨ Support pelvic alignment and healthy squat mobility

Your body was built to squat. Give it back its natural range.

Yoga With Netty’s first workshop Scholes Village Shelter last Saturday was amazing. It couldn’t have gone better ♥️. A candle meditation, breath work, yoga with props (bolsters, wheels and straps), face yoga (tapping, poses and massage), tea and cake, then finally a sound bath by Cassie (she was amazing and local). Best of all a full room of happy people. I think it went well. Next one is Saturday 5th December (Xmas theme). Yoga With Netty
