We're putting the spotlight on Fairweather Photography run by Stéphanie – a baby and family photographer who has been documenting parenting journeys since 2013.

With a calm, nurturing nature and years of experience working safely and confidently with babies and children of all ages, Stéphanie creates relaxed photography sessions that are guided but never overly posed, allowing each child’s personality to shine through.

Based in Braintree, she offers studio sessions as well as in-home and outdoor location shoots, capturing beautiful moments wherever families feel most comfortable.

Fairweather Photography has been part of the Basking Babies journey from the very beginning, offering her popular mini sessions to families attending local classes and becoming a trusted face along the way.

What a night for Carla Davison and Basking Babies!

At the Encouraging Women into Franchising (EWiF) Awards 2026, Carla was proud to be named a finalist for Woman Franchisor of the Year alongside Claire from babyballet and Caroline from Pink Spaghetti.

She went on to win Woman Franchisor of the Year 🏆 and was then selected by Pip Wilkins of the BFA as the overall Woman in Franchising 2026 winner, chosen from all category winners on the night.

Carla said, “Honestly, overwhelmed doesn’t even begin to cover it. So grateful to everyone who has supported me, believed in me, and been part of this Basking Babies journey. What an unforgettable night! Thank you.”
