Darlington Connect Darlington Connect is a Mental Health & Wellbeing Hub. It is a partnership of organisation's who have come together to help the people of Darlington.

We provide help such as:
Access into health and wellbeing services
Referrals into a range of specialist support agencies
Cost of living advice
Community engagement
Many people are unaware of all the support available to them. Darlington Connect is there to help people to connect with organisations who support with issues such as: mental health, health and wellbeing, finance, ac

cessibility, recreation, poverty, food/clothing etc. It is a single point of contact for people to access the help they require. Darlington Connect is a warm and welcoming space. Information, advice and guidance can be given on a drop-in basis or via a 1-1 appointment.
