Darlington Connect Darlington Connect is a Mental Health & Wellbeing Hub. It is a partnership of organisation's who have come together to help the people of Darlington.

We provide help such as:
Access into health and wellbeing services
Referrals into a range of specialist support agencies
Cost of living advice
Community engagement
Many people are unaware of all the support available to them. Darlington Connect is there to help people to connect with organisations who support with issues such as: mental health, health and wellbeing, finance, ac

cessibility, recreation, poverty, food/clothing etc. It is a single point of contact for people to access the help they require. Darlington Connect is a warm and welcoming space. Information, advice and guidance can be given on a drop-in basis or via a 1-1 appointment.

As you may have heard Citizens Advice Darlington had a fire in their office last week. Everyone is thankfully safe.
Their Community Support Team that run the Crisis Support and Community Care schemes is temporarily relocating to First Stop Darlington.
The team can still be contacted on the same telephone numbers and emails or in person at First Stop.
The drop in service for advice is still operating from their offices on Church Row, Monday-Friday 10am-12pm.
First stop is located at 32 Houndgate, Darlington, DL1 5RH.
Opening times: Monday-Friday 10-1pm & 2-4pm

There will be a range of organisations here for you to chat to whilst you enjoy some light refreshments. You will also be able to get creative with some Arts & Crafts.
This event is completely FREE and there is no booking needed.
Why not join Darlington Mind before the event for a Mental Health Awareness Trail. The walk will start at 10am at the Pease Statue and finishes here at the hub at 11am, perfect timing for the start of our Open Event. The trail is free but you must register before: https://www.darlingtonmind.com/events/trail/
