WE’RE HIRING – CARE COORDINATOR

Balby Care & Home Services has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Care Coordinator to join our team.

This is a full-time, office and community-based role, involving care coordination and on-call duties as required.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Processing new Service User referrals from local authorities and private clients

Planning, allocating and managing care calls in line with company policies and procedures

Answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries professionally

Supporting Field Care Supervisors and care staff

Managing data input and maintaining accurate Service User records

Ensuring appropriate cover for holidays, sickness and emergency calls

Preparing reports as required

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who has:

Experience in domiciliary care rostering (preferred)

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge and understanding of domiciliary care provision

NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Care/Management, or a willingness to work towards this.

Starting salary: £25,500, rising to £28,750
