Been quiet on social media for a while. Taken some time to enjoy the simpler things - fatherhood, learning , and generally making time for life outside a screen. 🤳

Yesterday I made the trip to to watch play . 🦁

First time I’ve been back to since my - so that was emotional; but all going well there! 🙏

Anyway, twelve hours of travel in 30+ degree heat.. I don’t need to tell you this, but and heat don’t really co-exist. 🥵

But I’ve never let MS define what I can or can’t do; and I’m not about to start now. ✌️

Am I tired? Yes. 😮‍💨

Did we win? No - of course we didn’t. 💔

Did I keep my invisible despite struggling to stand at points in the day? I think so. 🙂

Would I do it all again? Absolutely. 💯

So thank you for taking me to those dark places where I was forced to learn that there was nobody coming to save me. Thank you for signposting me to the people who truly have my best interests at heart, and highlighting those who do not. Thank you for teaching me to be unapologetic and attack my goals with unwavering . Thank you for the life lessons. 🖤
