Postnatal MOT – A Complete Check After Birth 💜

Your body has been through a huge amount during pregnancy and childbirth — and proper recovery matters.

Our Postnatal MOT is a 60-minute, in-depth assessment designed to understand how your body is healing and guide you safely back to exercise.

During your session, we assess your pelvic floor, abdominal muscles (including diastasis), core strength, breathing and overall movement. We also discuss any symptoms you may be experiencing, such as leaking, heaviness, pain or discomfort.

We support recovery from both vaginal and caesarean births, including C-section scar assessment and massage advice, as well as treatment for vaginal tears and scar tissue, helping to improve healing and reduce discomfort.

You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your body, along with individual advice, a tailored exercise plan and guidance on returning to exercise and running safely.

This is about rebuilding strength, confidence and trust in your body after birth.
