I absolutely love the “ber” months. The freshness in the air, the changing colours, the feeling that something is shifting.

There’s something beautiful about watching the trees let go. They don’t chase the leaves that fall or question what’s leaving…they simply release and make space for what comes next.

Maybe that’s our reminder this September.

🤍 A Little Summer Pause 🤍

I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to every single person who reached out after my last post.

Your messages honestly meant more than you know. If I’m completely honest, I’ve often questioned whether people were really getting something from what i created with Energy Fusion. Reading your words, hearing your stories, and seeing the impact our little community has had on so many people has been incredibly humbling. Thank you for reminding me why i started this journey.

After taking some time to reflect, I’ve decided that Energy Fusion will be taking a natural break over the summer.

As many of you know, life is pretty hectic at the moment. My health hasn’t been the best, trying to navigate the holidays with Poppy and her needs, and I want to take this time to simply be present with my family, rest, and recharge when I can.

The events of the past few weeks have given me plenty to think about. I’ve now had time to let the emotions settle, and rather than allowing negativity to take away from something so special, I feel that pressing pause for a little while is the right decision.

I’m looking forward to returning in September with renewed energy and a full heart.

To the anonymous person who chose to involve themselves, my invitation still stands. If you genuinely believe in your concerns, you’re welcome to step outside the anonymity and have an honest conversation with us. We have always been open, approachable and willing to listen. Remaining anonymous helps no one.

To everyone else, thank you for your kindness, encouragement and unwavering support. You have reminded me that love will always speak louder than negativity.

Have the most wonderful summer. Look after yourselves, be kind to yourselves, and hopefully we’ll be back together again in September. 🤍

Over the past few days, I’ve taken some time to reflect after realising that not everyone understands the intentions behind Energy Fusion.

Rather than respond with negativity, I wanted to share why this group exists, what it means to me, and the values it has always been built on.

Thank you to every single person who has supported me and my vision this year . Your support means more than you’ll ever know.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for today’s Energy Fusion session. 🤍

Today we explored The Body Keeps the Score, taking time to reflect on the connection between our minds and bodies in a calm, supportive space. As always, there was plenty of relaxation, meaningful conversation, and of course, lots of laughs.

We also celebrated a very special milestone Energy Fusion’s 1st birthday! 🎉
Thank you for helping us mark the occasion ..of course we had Cake 🍰

We’re so grateful for each and every one of you. Here’s to another year of connection, growth, and wellbeing together. ✨

A new month, a fresh chapter, and a very special one for us… 🖤

This month marks one whole year of Energy Fusion. It’s hard to believe it’s been a year since we created this safe, supportive space where women could come together to relax, recharge and simply be themselves.

From guided meditation and hypnosis to meaningful conversations and genuine connections, every session has been made special by each and every one of you. Thank you for trusting us, supporting us, and helping our little community grow.

Here’s to new beginnings, positive energy, and another year of healing, laughter and connection. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all this month! 🖤
