An absolutely wonderful small group with a fantastic teacher 💖 get in touch to book your space

✨ Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra are scientifically shown to support the body and promote relaxation ✨

🧘‍♀️ Yin Yoga uses slow, deep stretches to improve flexibility, joint health, and activate the body’s rest and repair response.

🌙 Yoga Nidra (or yogic sleep) helps reduce stress, improve sleep, and deeply calm the nervous system.

Sessions are once a month at the beautiful Appleton Therapies in Gringley with the next one on Saturday at 9.30am.

The session is made up of a 45 minute Yin Yoga practice and ends with a deeply relaxing yoga 30 minute Yoga Nidra relaxation.

For anyone who has time to stay, we end the session with a cup of herbal tea to allow you to come around slowly and prepare for the day ahead.
