Thank you for showing up with such truth, love, compassion, and open hearts. You are all incredible healers, and it has been an honour to witness your journey and growth.

What a beautiful experience it was to be part of Resonance .revolution.festival , sharing sound healing in such a special space. Delivering sound healing alongside my partner Andy was truly magical. There is something so special about creating and sharing these moments together.

I also absolutely loved holding the women’s circle alongside my soul sister Madeleine and connecting with so many wonderful people throughout the festival.

One of the biggest highlights for me was experiencing Curawaka, truly magical ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who helped us set up, and to the sound engineers who made our session feel so powerful and supported. You really helped create something special 🙏

And one of my favourite funny moments, while I was playing the gong, Turkish music suddenly started playing outside at the exact same time 😄🇹🇷✨
It honestly felt magical, like the universe adding its own little touch to the moment.

Feeling very grateful, inspired and full of love after this beautiful gathering.

This is a structured 3-level pathway designed to guide you from your first connection with sound… to confidently holding space for others.

What makes this training unique is that we introduce the gong from the very beginning gently and safely allowing you to build confidence through direct experience and practice.
This training is for those who feel called to: ✨ Work with sound and vibration

Hi everyone🥰

I just wanted to share a little about my experience with cacao, especially around my grief, and how deeply it supported me during that time. It’s something I feel very close to and truly passionate about.

There is something so special about sitting with this beautiful medicine in a circle, in ceremony, and allowing it to gently open the heart.

It is one of the reasons I love holding these spaces so much.

Our next cacao ceremony will be part of our Spring Retreat in the Malvern Hills 🥰

Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing

Join us for a deeply restful evening at Aum Tree Yoga.
During this Yoga Nidra session you will be guided into a state of profound relaxation, allowing the body to soften and the mind to settle naturally.

This guided meditation will be gently accompanied by the soothing vibrations of sound healing instruments, creating a supportive and nurturing space for you to fully switch off from the outside world.

Elements of shamanic journeying will also be woven into the experience, inviting a deeper sense of inner awareness, release and reconnection.

You will simply lie comfortably, supported with blankets and cushions, while being guided throughout the journey.
This practice can help calm the nervous system, ease mental and physical tension, and leave you feeling lighter, grounded and deeply restored.
