I've been working on my treatment menu recently and I'm so happy to share with you 'The Stillness Within' treatment.

A deeply restorative body experience combining intuitive, somatic massage with bespoke aromatherapy to release tension, calm the nervous system and restore inner balance.

Your journey begins with a short guided breathwork and a warm aromatic foot welcome, followed by a cocooning heated eye mask to invite stillness and presence.

A personalised essential oil blend is intuitively created to support your individual needs. Slow, mindful massage is guided by both touch and somatic awareness, with gentle pauses, flowing techniques, and the subtle introduction of soft chimes to deepen relaxation.

You are left feeling grounded, rebalanced, and quietly renewed.
