Our monthly free meetup for new parents and pregnant people! Come along to meet friends, make new ones and get support with feeding, baby wearing and cloth nappies.

This month why not make a morning of it? The local Family Hub runs a Wellbeing Walk at Burlish Bike Park from 10am, you're very welcome to join that first and then head straight to us!

Wild Ones - your woodland escape with your little one!

Among the trees at Arley Arboretum, something magical happens. The noise of everything else gets a little quieter. You remember you have a breath. A body. A self beyond the to-do list. 💚

That's what Wild Ones is for.

Each session includes:

🌿 Sensory & movement play for babies among the trees
🌬️ Gentle mindfulness to help you land and breathe
🎨 A creative activity
💚 Real conversation with other mums who get it

Yes, this is a real life vending machine for candy floss. Taken recently on our holiday. I did let my 8-year-old eat this, don't feed it to your baby. LOL.

If you would like to explore introducing solid foods to your baby, this is your opportunity to join us at a new date in July.

This is for you if your baby is around about 3 to 8 months old.

We've postponed today's starting solids Workshop because of the delightful weather. So if you weren't able to make this day but would love to get involved, get happy and confident in starting solids with your baby. Get in touch now.
