Sports Massage

Sports massage is a treatment of the soft tissues in the body, including muscles, tendons and ligaments. Minor injuries, aches and pain can affect someone’s occupation, their ability to undertake sporting activities and their lifestyle. If not treated, minor problems can develop into more serious injuries. Sport Massage can reduce pain and discomfort, and reduce the risks of encoun

tering further problems. Dry Needling Therapy

Dry needling (sometimes described as medical acupuncture) is a very sucessful treatment, which uses very fine needles without any medication (a dry needle) to achieve its aim. Dry needling is used to treat pain and dysfunction caused by muscle problems. It is not like the Acupuncture used in chinese medicine. There is a clear scientific understanding of dry needling. Dry needling works by changing the way your body senses pain (neurological effects) and by helping the body heal stubborn muscle spasm accossicated with trigger points (myofascial effects). There are also electrical and chemical changes associated with dry needling therapy, which assists in the healing process.

I'm so excited to announce the next 6-week block is now open, and this one is all about upper body awareness and control — something I absolutely love working on.

We'll be focusing on:
🔸 Releasing tension in the chest and shoulders
🔸 Building strength through the arms and upper back
🔸 Improving how your upper and lower body works together
🔸 Deepening the body awareness that carries into everyday life

Suitable for all levels — whether you're returning or coming back after a break, you are so welcome! 🙌
