Yesterday I completed the Brighton 10k in 49.32.
A few years ago I thought turning 40 might mean slowing down.
Instead, I’m still setting personal bests.
I’m prioritising:
Nutrition (my gut health!)
Consistency.
And looking after my body day after day, whilst still enjoying my life.
I’m currently on Day 11 of Shed in 7 and feeling stronger, lighter and more energised than I have in a long time. I intended to do 7 days but this programme is just so simple and I’m enjoying the process so much!
Here’s to proving that 40 can be your strongest decade yet.
