Burnout doesn’t always look like a breakdown.
Sometimes it looks like carrying on.
Showing up to work.
Replying to messages.
Keeping everyone else happy.
Ticking off the to-do list.
But underneath, you may feel exhausted, disconnected, irritable, overwhelmed, or like you’re constantly running on empty.
Many people in their 20s feel pressure to have everything figured out - careers, relationships, finances, friendships, and future plans. That pressure can quietly build until your mind and body start telling you they need a break.
Burnout isn’t a sign of weakness or failure.
It’s often a sign that you’ve been carrying too much for too long without enough space to process it.
Counselling offers a chance to slow down, understand what’s going on beneath the surface, and reconnect with yourself before things reach breaking point.
You don’t have to keep pushing through alone.
