With the long bank holiday weekend nearly here, why not set aside a little time for yourself?

Small acts of self-care can help boost your wellbeing, recharge your batteries, and help you feel ready for the week ahead.

Here are a few simple ideas to try this weekend:

Recently, we teamed up with Morley Leisure Centre to support patients who may struggle with going to the gym. For some, it can be because they don’t feel comfortable in a gym environment, while others may benefit from a little extra guidance, encouragement and support.

This partnership provides a valuable opportunity for patients to continue working towards their health and wellbeing goals once they have completed their initial support through a Health Coach.

With the right support, a welcoming environment and a gradual introduction to physical activity, our patients will hopefully continue to build confidence, stay active and maintain the positive progress they have already made.
