Regular breaks and adequate rest help reduce fatigue, improve concentration, support your wellbeing, and ensure we continue delivering safe, high-quality support to the people we serve.

As support workers, you're entitled to rest breaks and rest periods under the Working Time Regulations. Please make sure you take your scheduled breaks wherever possible and speak to your manager if service demands prevent this.
