🪷✨ Celebrating Raksha Bandhan at Inclusion! ✨🪷
Today we joined in with the beautiful Hindu festival of Raksha Bandhan, also known as Rakhi — a celebration of love, family, friendship, protection and the special bonds we share. 🇮🇳❤️
Raksha Bandhan takes place on the full moon day of the Hindu month of Shravana. The name means “the bond of protection”, and traditionally a Rakhi — a colourful sacred thread — is tied around the wrist as a symbol of love, care, protection and a promise to look out for one another. 🧵❤️
So, naturally… we decided to make our very own Rakhis! 🎨🌈✨
Our people we support got creative, choosing colours, threads and decorations to create their own beautiful Rakhi bracelets. There were plenty of smiles, creativity and a little bit of Indian-inspired fun along the way! 🥰🇮🇳
And then came the best bit… tying them on! ❤️
We tied our Rakhis as a symbol of friendship, connection, kindness and looking out for one another — because those are values that everyone can celebrate, whatever our culture or background. 🪷
At Inclusion, we believe every culture, every tradition and every person has something beautiful to share. 🌍❤️
We loved learning about and celebrating this special tradition together — and our colourful Rakhis were the perfect way to mark the occasion! 🧵✨

☔️☕️ When the rain stops you going to the Coffee Morning… you bring the Coffee Morning to YOU! ☕️☔️
“Sparky’s Café” was officially OPEN for business! 😂❤️
There was everything from hot chocolate to chai tea, along with a VERY tempting selection of tasty treats — cake and cream, chocolates and Jaffa Cakes! 🍰🍫☕️
Everyone ate, drank and made merry… although we have to say, the prices at “Sparky’s Café” are absolutely EXTORTIONATE! 🤣💷
Luckily, nobody seemed to mind because we all finished with very full bellies! 😁
And we’re not finished yet! This afternoon we battened down the hatches and brought the cinema to us…watching “Garfield”, in honour of the late Tim Curry❤️
There was, of course, homemade popcorn because rainy-day cinema rules require snacks! 😂☕️🍿
Inclusion rainy-day fun at its finest! 🌧️❤️

🌍⚽ FROM JUNE 11th WORLD CUP FEVER HIT INCLUSION! ⚽🌍
Alongside the World Cup, we are running our very own tournament — and things are already getting competitive! 😆
Teams were chosen at random, as were the World Cup fixtures we’ll be playing alongside. The teams have been named, the mascots are made, and the rivalry is already fierce… 👀

Eid Mubarak 🌙✨💙
Yesterday (as today some of our people and team are at home celebrating with their loved ones) at Inclusion we proudly celebrated Eid with our amazing people and celebrated this special occasion.

There was so much joy, laughter, togetherness and love shared throughout the day as we learned, celebrated and embraced the importance of Eid together. We feel incredibly privileged to support such a diverse and wonderful group of people and love being part of moments that mean so much to them and their families.

To everyone celebrating, we send our love, warm wishes and blessings from all of us at Inclusion.

The sun was shining and the Bank Holiday energy at Inclusion was HIGH! ☀️

What better way to celebrate than with our very own Party in the Park? 🥳

Sun cream was applied liberally, picnic bags were packed, and off we went to the (thankfully shady!) park. Our inner children truly came out to play as we enjoyed the slide, swings, and spinning chair — all with music filling the air 🎶

A brief moment of dizziness after the spinning chair was quickly sorted with plenty of hydration, delicious picnic food, and of course… ice cream for everyone 🍦

What a beautiful day spent with or Inclusion family making memories ❤️

Celebrating May Day (and the sunshine ☀️) the best way we know how… colour, music, laughter, fun and of course FOOD 🌼🎶

From hook-a-duck to the coconut shy, and even a go on the 2p slot machines, there was something for everyone 🎯🦆
We tucked into hotdogs and even made our own candyfloss 🍭🌭
