Meet Craig – our new Field Care Manager 👏

Craig brings a serious amount of experience in the healthcare industry. In his last role, he worked his way up from support worker all the way to Systems & Monitoring Manager… so when we say he’s done it all, we really mean it.

Safe to say, if there’s a job that needs doing, Craig’s your guy. (But just to be clear… he’s ours, so no poaching please 😄)

From the moment Craig walked into the office, we knew he meant business—and he’s been proving that ever since. His impact has been immediate, and we’re lucky to have him on the team.

✨ Meet Our Amazing Admin Dream Team! ✨

We’re so excited to shine a spotlight on two incredible members of our admin support team—Kaci and Katelyn! 💼💛

Kaci recently rejoined us after a two-year break, and we couldn’t be happier to have her back! Many of our clients will remember her as one of our wonderful carers—she was truly a favourite thanks to her bubbly personality and caring nature. Since returning in September, she’s taken on a new role in the office, bringing with her a unique understanding of both the carer and office sides of the business. She’s often the first friendly voice you’ll hear on the phone, supporting both clients and staff—and brightening everyone’s day while she’s at it! ☎️✨

Katelyn joined us in September 2024 and made an immediate impact. Even without previous experience in the care industry, she picked things up incredibly quickly and became a huge support to the whole team. Like Kaci, she’s been a key point of contact—helping with enquiries and supporting both clients and staff with confidence and care.

We missed Katelyn so much when she went on maternity leave in December 2025—it just hasn’t been the same without her! But the wait is over… because she’s BACK tomorrow!!! 🎉👶💕
