Hot Weather Update ☀️

Due to the extreme heat in the cabin, I’ve had to adjust my opening hours for the next week to keep everyone safe and comfortable. All affected patients will be contacted with their new appointment times.

Thank you for your patience while I rearrange the diary and fit in new bookings.

Looking after your feet in the heat🥵

• Keep your feet cool and elevated when you can.
• Stay hydrated.
• Wear breathable footwear and change socks if your feet become sweaty.
• Moisturise your feet (but avoid putting cream between the toes).
• If your feet are swollen, try to avoid standing for long periods and elevate them whenever possible.

Hopefully, normal opening hours will resume from next Thursday.
