Tired all the time… but your mind still won’t switch off? 👀

This is one of the most common things I hear.

This is exactly where so many people feel stuck.

Because cholesterol has been made to sound like the enemy, when actually, it’s a bit more nuanced than that.

In clinic, what I see time and time again is that it’s not just about fat intake.
It’s about:
• fibre (or lack of it)
• ultra-processed foods
• stress and sleep
• gut health
• and how your body is changing as you get older

Yes, your numbers matter. However, understanding what’s driving them matters more.

Bank holiday energy… how are you spending yours?

Bank holidays can go one of two ways…
You either feel nicely rested, or completely out of routine.

And honestly, both are fine.

However, if you do tend to feel a bit off by the end of the long weekend, low energy, snacky, not quite yourself, it’s usually not the food itself…it’s the lack of structure.

No rhythm to meals
Constant picking
Sleeping a bit all over the place

Your body loves a bit of consistency, even on relaxed days.

So today, keep it simple:
✔️ Aim for 3 proper meals
✔️ Get outside (even for 10 minutes)
✔️ Eat something that actually nourishes you

That’s often enough to feel like you again.
