The process is both the challenge and the joy.

There’s a lot of talking, discussing and exploring different cues. Building on previous experiences, refining what we already know, and discovering new ways to apply it. Even when a skill looks familiar, there’s always something new to learn and enjoy.

We love using progressions to build confidence, create consistency and keep the process fun.

Our looong castaway journey… so far.
We’ve recently had more opportunities to practise this movement, and have only just started practising it without a spotter. The first attempt is always the most daunting.

It’s been a fun process. Every time we think we’ve got it, something shifts. There’s still plenty to work on, and that’s what keeps it interesting and rewarding.

Thanks to all the teachers and spotters who’ve helped us along the way. 🥰
