and with that… the 2026 season of sound baths in the Crystal Grotto come to a close. ✨

I am beyond grateful to hold these special sound baths in the most magical cave ever - thank you so much to for having me 💚

But more importantly, thank you to each and every one of you who have joined me over the last 4 months - it’s been a total joy and a pleasure and I couldn’t do what I love without you 🥰

Into hibernation we go for the winter, but we’ll be back in Spring 2027… along with some other wellness events at Painshill on the horizon too 👀

Snippets of forest bathing at Painshill, with the brilliant Lisa Duncan - HINOKI Forest Bathing in the Surrey Hills & London and the park all to ourselves 🌲

It was such a gorgeous, slow way to start a sunny, chilly Sunday. The early bird catches the worm as they say. 🪱

Forest bathing is all about slowing down and connecting with nature. An experience rooted in the simple things, yet so thoughtfully guided by Lisa with her wealth of knowledge and gentle, calming presence that made it so very special.

Through different sensory experiences, we were invited to slow down, explore our childlike wonder and be in the present moment.

Creating, exploring, sensing and soaking up all the immune boosting goodness the trees have to offer us. And finishing with a beautiful Japanese tea ceremony that I found soooo mesmerising to watch be prepared 🍵🌿

Having Painshill just to ourselves made it all the more special. Just us, the birdsong and the crunching of the leaves beneath our feet. Glorious, glorioussss.

A huge thank you to Lisa for leading such a beautiful experience. I can’t wait to do another one very soon 🙏🏼🤍

Can’t say I jumped out of bed this morning… it was more of a begrudging haul-myself-out-and-question-every-life-choice situation.

But it was so bloody worth it for a sound bath in a Crystal Cave ✨
